Inflate inner tube first. For Tube Pro inner tubes refer to the Tube Pro Inc. Inner Tube Inflation Instructions.
Unroll strap webbing and using scissors cut a 25' (7.5 m) piece. To prevent the webbing from fraying it is a good idea to use a lighter for burning the ends of the webbing until slightly melted and hard.
Tie a large knot (about 1" (2.5 cm) in diameter) at one end if the webbing. Take the other end of the strap webbing and lace through one eyelet grommet hole in the seat, and pull until knot is against grommet.
Prop the inner tube up vertically. Hold the seat in the center of the inner tube and wrap the strap webbing piece up and around the tube ensuring the webbing stays flat against the tube, and insert up through the next grommet eyelet. Repeat this step by continuing to wrap the webbing around the tube and through the third and fourth hole, keeping webbing flat and tight against the tube each time.
The tube seat will be positioned to one side. As the webbing is positioned around and through the fifth, sixth and seventh eyelet, make sure to applying additional force at each step to bring the seat to the middle of the Inner Tube hole. Upon threading the final eyelet, tie the strap webbing end to itself at first eyelet. This will secure the seat.
The strap webbing roll is 150' (45 m), and can fasten 6 10R20 Inner Tubes when cut to 25' (7.5 m). Cut longer pieces for larger tubes.
Have fun and be careful.
