Tube Pro inner tubes and river tube covers are designed for commercial tubing applications. Forty-four inches (110 cm) in diameter, the tube is capable of maintaining buoyancy while supporting a large person. All covers feature bottoms which are excellent for smaller children and cooler transport.

Grommet Bottom
7" Hole in Bottom
Four plastic grommets installed in the bottom allow water to circulate in and throughout the cover for stability.
For those who transport their tubes by "pole truck", and who want quicker drainage, covers can be
made with a 7" (17.5 cm) hole in the bottom. Custom sized holes and hole placement are available upon request.

Tube Pro river tube covers are constructed from heavy-duty 600 denier polyester canvas.
This material is mildew and water resistant, as well as UV protected. Polyester is famous for the ability
to retain its original color while enduring maximum sunlight exposure. Polyester does not stick to the
skin like some vinyl or plastics, enabling the user to experience maximum comfort.
The support handles of our cover are made from heavy-duty automotive seatbelt webbing, and the "W" stitch pattern on our handles is one of the strongest invented. Our durable handles can hold up to being yanked, pulled and linked to other tubes or canoes.
Our tube cover skirts are the perfect feature to enhance tuber comfort. The fabric creates an ideal barrier to keep the rubber tube cool, alleviates bare skin contact with the rubber tube and decrease chaffing. All tube cover styles are available with or with our skirting.
NEW! Fully Enclosed Tube Cover with Zipper Seal
Great for those who want the traditional tube shape but a fully
enclosed cover for complete protection. This encased cover model is for the
traditional river tube enthusiast, concrete tubing channels and waterparks!
With this conventional “donut” shape cover there is no need for special drainage;
it is great to easily get out and repeat rapids and is less likely to get hung
up on rocks. The cover protects the rubber inner tube from UV light, to improve
tube longevity. Smooth vinyl (PVC) bottom material is available for amusement
and waterpark applications. PVC is great to hydroplane on man-made tube chutes
and concrete water slide channels. The fully enclosed cover encases the inner
tube creating a constant pressure environment to decrease tube deformities and
create a more uniform shape. This higher pressure will increase tube buoyancy
as well.
REINFORCED INNER TUBES
Our carbon based "butyl" rubber tube inside
the cover is reinforced with thicker sidewalls for added protection. These inner
tubes are specifically designed for river and snow
tubing applications. Tubes can be purchased and used with and without covers.
Our standard 41" - 44" (102.5 - 110 cm) and smaller 31"
- 33" (77.5 - 82.5 cm) diameter reinforced rubber tube are complete with our
stock 1" (2.5 cm) valve stem.

CUSTOM TUBE VALVES AND STEMS
1/4" Quick Inflate/Deflate Valve Ideal for daily inflation and deflation. This twist-on wider stem can be easily removed for quick access and inflated using a common blower.
Super Coated Bottoms
Our 1000 denier fabric coated with 19 oz. PVC vinyl is our strongest option. This heavy duty material provides increased
abrasion resistance and is proven especially effective for shallow, rocky rivers.

Thermal inks used on tube covers are specially designed for printing on polyester surfaces and resist weathering.

Tube Links - sewn to covers
‘D’ Rings sewn to covers allow connector ropes to quickly ‘link’ tubes together, and ‘unlink’ after use. No More Knotted Ropes!
Separate ‘linking’ ropes can be used to connect the handles of vinyl tubes together without tube or cover modifications.
Tube Links are perfect for transporting coolers or connecting to canoes.
All cover styles are available without skirt, if desired.
Custom features such as seats and key-chain holder are available.
INNER TUBE SEATS
Tube Seats, are great for keeping tubers behinds up and off the rocky rivers,
