Ski Area Padding
Take advantage of our designing, cutting and sewing expertise for all your ski area padding and cover needs. Our stock Snow Making, and Ski Lift Tower pads are 2-4" thick, with thicker specification and sizes used when desired. All standard padding, is cut from superior quality automotive grade "closed-cell" memory foam that is completely waterproof. This foam is specifically designed for impact absorption and is ideal for safety protection. No need to worry about mold if exposed to water or air moisture changes.  The PVC outer cover is 19 oz. coated 1000 denier fabric, (-55 cold crack minimum), and UV fade resistant, with 4-5 coated metal buckles sewn to it with adjustable strapping that easily wraps around poles and towers. Strapping runs through the entire pad, therefore guaranteeing never to come apart.

Some of our competitors in the ski pad market are making their pads using cheap "open-cell" upholstery foam, that is not waterproof, or as impact absorbing. If you wish for us to provide a lower priced or more economical pad with this type of foam we would be happy to quote that for you. Although not the best material for this use, open cell foam does offer an economical alternative.

Red Cover Our snow gun covers come in a variety of sizes and colors. They are a great way to protect the snow fans and guns in the off-season.
